OUR MISSION

The Pennsylvania Federation of Young Republicans (PAYRs) is proud to be the reigning Young Republican Federation of the Year, a recognition that reflects our organization’s strength, impact, and commitment to the future of the Republican Party. The PAYRs have long played a vital role in growing, strengthening, and sustaining Republican leadership throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Our membership is composed of registered Republicans between the ages of 18 and 40, representing every corner of our great Commonwealth and a diverse range of professional, educational, and community backgrounds. Together, our members form a dynamic and motivated coalition dedicated to advancing conservative principles and ensuring Republican success at every level of government.

The core mission of the PAYRs is to Recruit, Train, and Elect the next generation of Republican leaders. We provide our members with the tools, training, and opportunities necessary to become effective candidates, campaign professionals, party leaders, and engaged citizens. Through leadership development programs, campaign involvement, issue advocacy, and hands-on political experience, the PAYRs equip young Republicans with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed both in politics and in their professional lives.

With active chapters in more than 50 percent of Pennsylvania’s counties, a statewide membership exceeding 900 individuals, and more than 200 current members and hundreds of alumni serving in elected office at the party, local, state, and federal levels, the Young Republicans of Pennsylvania are making a meaningful and lasting impact. Our influence can be seen not only in election results, but also in the strength of Republican infrastructure across the Commonwealth.

While the PAYRs are widely recognized for our political activism, including generating more than 8.5 million voter contacts during the 2024 election cycle, we are equally committed to service within our communities. Our members regularly engage in volunteer efforts, charitable initiatives, and civic activities that demonstrate Republican values in action.

Beyond politics and service, involvement in the PAYRs offers exceptional opportunities for personal and professional growth. Members gain access to an unparalleled network of peers, mentors, elected officials, and political professionals across Pennsylvania. These relationships often extend well beyond Young Republican involvement and serve as the foundation for long-term success in public service, business, and community leadership.

No matter your long-term goals, the Pennsylvania Federation of Young Republicans provides the building blocks for a successful future; developing leaders, strengthening communities, and shaping the next generation of Republican leadership in the Commonwealth.
